Northern Power Systems (NPS) has announced financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2015. Revenue for the second quarter of fiscal year 2015 was at US$ 12.5 million, compared to US$ 13.8 million reported in the prior year period and US$ 8.3 million reported in the first quarter of 2015.
GAAP net loss for the second quarter of fiscal year 2015 was US$ 3.3 million, representing a 57 per cent increase compared to a US$ 2.1 million loss in the prior year second quarter. Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA loss for the second quarter was US$ 2.7 million, representing a US$ 1.5 million increase compared to a non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA loss of US$ 1.2 million in the prior year second quarter. Order backlog at June 30, 2015 was approximately $41 million as compared to $40 million at June 30, 2014.
