Pattern Energy Group LP (Pattern Energy) has announced that Matthew (Matt) Rhodes has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 7, 2024. He will report to the CEO, Hunter Armistead.
Rhodes brings over two decades of financial management and executive leadership experience to Pattern Energy. Previously, he served as managing director in Goldman Sachs’ natural resources investment banking group, leading coverage for more than 25 electric and gas utility companies. Rhodes has also held positions with Bank of America and Duke Capital Partners, and most recently served as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development at Essential Utilities, Inc. Pattern Energy is focused on growing and executing its pipeline of renewable energy and transmission projects in North America.
