Royal HaskoningDHV has acquired Pondera Consult, advisers for sustainable energy projects headquartered in the Netherlands with branches in Asia.
Together, they aim to become a comprehensive adviser in the field of sustainable energy and integrated energy systems. Pondera will continue to operate under its own brand name as part of Royal HaskoningDHV for the time being. The companies have not disclosed any financial information about this transaction. Pondera Development, the sister company of Pondera Consult, is not part of this transaction.
