Sabik Offshore, a Sedna Wind Technologies company, has acquired Weissenborn. Weissenborn designs and manufactures aluminium solutions for transition pieces (TPs), suspended internal structures and substations in the offshore wind industry.Peter Møller will continue to lead Weissenborn and join the management team of Sabik Offshore. The manufacture and production of aluminum component parts will remain at the Weissenborn premises in Denmark. Weissenborn’s EverSafe System®, their rivet-based railing design, will be integrated into the Sabik Offshore sales portfolio.
