Scout Clean Energy has appointed Kris Cheney as Chief Development Officer. Cheney joins Scout after 15 years at EDP Renewables North America, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President of Central, Western, and Mexico Regions and Environmental Affairs.At EDPR NA, he played a key role in scaling the company and contributed to the development of 3,500 MW of projects across multiple regions, representing $3.5 billion in capital investment. Scout is a portfolio company managed by Brookfield Asset Management.
