SeaRenergy Offshore Holding, a service provider for the offshore wind sector, is restructuring its management team to align its leadership structure with the company’s next phase of growth. Jan Boje Steffens will retire on 30 June 2026 after 24 years with the Rickmers family, sharholders of SeaRenergy, and a key role in SeaRenergy since its founding in 2010. Following the change, SeaRenergy will be led by three managing directors with defined areas of responsibility.
Dr Benjamin Vordemfelde becomes Chief Executive Officer and spokesperson of the management board, responsible for strategy, corporate development and group growth. He has been with SeaRenergy since 2011, has served as managing director since 2014 and became a partner in 2025.
Natalia Kress is appointed Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for commercial development and the company’s expansion in European and international offshore markets. She joined SeaRenergy in 2017, previously served as authorised signatory overseeing sales and execution and is also managing director of the group’s operations in Poland.
Sebastian Zaitz becomes Chief Operating Officer, responsible for operational delivery across SeaRenergy projects, including offshore wind installation activities and project execution.
