Sedwell Ltd., the UK-based business behind the InterBolt integrated bolt load monitoring system, has announced it will change its trading name to InterBolt.
The InterBolt intelligent bolting system was launched in 2021 and is used in a wide range of bolted joint applications, particularly in on- and offshore wind, mining, and crane markets. The technology provides real-time bolt load measurements to technicians during installation and long-term monitoring. Proof of bolt loads is guaranteed via a miniature bolt load sensor embedded directly into the bolt or threaded stud itself. The product features a long-life battery and long-range wireless communications.
