TotalEnergies and European Energy have agreed to jointly develop, build and operate in a 65/35 joint-venture at least 4 GW of onshore renewable projects in multiple geographies.
Along with its ability to market the offtake in trading nations and its financial position, TotalEnergies provides its experience in the development and management of large-scale projects to the joint venture. European Energy has a successful track record of creating greenfield projects and collaborating with partners. This agreement is subject to the receipt of applicable regulatory approvals from relevant authorities.
