Wasatch Wind Inc. (WW) has announced the addition of Brett Woodard to the position of vice president of finance and CFO.
As vice president finance and CFO, Mr. Woodard will lead activities to structure and raise capital for the project development division, a key strategic area for the company. Mr. Woodard will also lead the corporate finance and accounting functions of Wasatch Wind. Mr. Woodard has over 25 years experience in arranging international and domestic project finance for infrastructure projects. He holds a B.S and MBA, Finance from the University of Utah, and also has additional graduate education in the PhD Finance program at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
