Xodus has acquired Daymark Energy Advisors to enhance its capabilities in power networks and support international energy transition projects. The acquisition enables Xodus to provide integrated advice across the energy sector, from generation to demand, covering technical challenges, regulatory frameworks, and market pricing dynamics for transmission and distribution.
This includes battery storage, onshore wind, and solar power. Daymark’s team, based in the USA and Canada, will strengthen Xodus’ presence alongside its existing operations in Houston and Boston. Following the acquisition in March 2025, Daymark will initially operate independently before fully integrating into Xodus in the future.
