Yard Energy Group (The Netherlands) has acquired wind energy developer KDE Energy on 7 January 2014, excluding its UK-subsidiary Infinergy Ltd.
Yard Energy, established in 2004, develops, finances and manages wind farms. The company currently manages over € 150 million of wind farm assets and is expanding its portfolio with over 250MW of wind energy under development. KDE Energy, established in 1998, develops wind energy projects in The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Poland with a current wind project portfolio under development of over 900MW.
