ZF Services has announced the official launch of wind turbine gearbox services for the UK.

ZF's Nottingham facility is the latest to join ZF AG's pan-European network of plants and support teams offering wind turbine gearbox overhaul services to the Danish, German, Italian and Spanish wind turbines. The new dedicated facility is equipped to handle gearboxes for turbines of up to 2MW. Whilst concentrating on overhaul and repair, ZF Services in the UK, in association with other members of ZF's European wind turbine network, is developing support services aimed at reducing unexpected downtime.
