Northern Power Systems, Inc. has announced the addition of Charles W. (Chaz) Vaughan, Jr., to its executive team in the role of Vice President, Commercialization. Mr. Vaughan will lead global commercialisation for the utility wind business as the Company launches its utility wind turbine.
Prior to joining Northern Power Systems, Mr. Vaughan served as Vice President, Sales, for Clipper Windpower, Inc., where he was responsible for sales and business development in North and South America, the United Kingdom and Europe. In addition, Mr. Vaughan also served as a regional sales director at Clipper and as a regional sales manager at GE Power Generation – Wind Energy.
