At Wind EnergyHamburg, Bonfiglioli is showcasing its wind turbine solutions. Bonfiglioli provides products for controlling energy generation in wind turbines, including pitch drives for rotor blade positioning and yaw drives for nacelle orientation.
Bonfiglioli is displaying pitch and yaw drives for offshore and onshore turbines, capable of reaching 18 MW. The offshore section includes a yaw drive and a pitch synchronous permanent magnet servomotor. The onshore section features the 714TW yaw drive and 709T3W pitch drive, both with a BMD 132 permanent magnet motor. A fifth yaw drive, part of the 700 TW Series, highlights Bonfiglioli's focus on service with advanced sensors and a torque limiter to prevent mechanical failure. Bonfiglioli follows a 'local for local' approach, setting up production sites near customers to reduce its carbon footprint. As a member of the APQP4Wind Association, Bonfiglioli meets the wind industry's technical and quality standards.
