The Compass platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools designed to optimise the entire life cycle of wind and solar energy projects, from initial site assessment through to operations.
The digital platform organises, interconnects, and simplifies access to an extensive portfolio of weather solutions, combining instruments and intelligence. It leverages over 40 years of Vaisala’s historical wind and solar data along with observational weather data.
The software ensures that data is accurate, reliable, and bankable across all types of terrain. Users can continuously monitor and manage their fleet of weather instruments, including WindCube lidars and AWS810 Solar Edition weather stations, all within one platform.
