The new LifeTime Extension (LTE) Booster Concentrate is designed to refresh key characteristics of Klübersynth GEM 4-320 N gear oil, extending its service life. The booster enriches various additives to maintain high protection for gearboxes and bearings, slow down the ageing process of the gear oil, and improve anti-foaming properties. This can extend oil change intervals by up to 50 percent.
Klübersynth BEM 48-1501 Rescue Grease addresses the challenge of rolling bearing damage when short-term repair is not possible. By adding this grease to the operating fluid, damage-induced failures can be avoided or delayed until the next scheduled maintenance. The high base oil viscosity, Extreme Pressure (EP) additive, and selected solid lubricants provide additional protection for damaged metal surfaces, allowing continued operation until maintenance can be performed.
