Romax Technology has been awarded the GL Renewables (GL) A-Design Assessment for it's new range of WT2000 licensed 2MW gearboxes.
The 2MW, WT2000 certification represents the culmination of successful collaboration between Romax, AMSC-Windtec and a number of key gearbox manufacturers. The gearbox will be manufactured by Romax customers in China, Taiwan, India and South Korea and has been designed for Windtec’s WT2000FC and WT2000DF wind turbine models.
