Sany Renewable Energy has introduced two new wind turbine models, the SI-18580 and SI-17578, to the European market. These models are designed for efficiency and longevity, meeting European standards for materials and safety.
They aim to improve power output, stability, and durability. Sany Renewable Energy offers bespoke solutions for onshore wind energy projects. Their services include turbine model selection and operational management, aiming to enhance efficiency and reliability for each project.
Sany Renewable Energy has also received TÜV NORD certification for their 140-meter hybrid tower designed for the 10MW model on the 919 platform. This certification acknowledges the tower's structural design, operational stability, and environmental sustainability, meeting international safety and performance standards.
A workshop hosted by the company discussed advancements in blade technology, focusing on carbon fiber spar caps for stability and a customized lightning protection system. Participants learned about testing protocols to ensure blade durability, safety, and performance.
Furthermore, Sany Renewable Energy has established a large wind power test centre with advanced test systems. The facility can simulate extreme weather and operating conditions, providing a platform for testing wind turbine performance. This centre aims to support the R&D and production of wind energy products, contributing to higher standards of quality and reliability in the industry.
