Apex Clean Energy has executed a renewable energy certificate (REC) purchase agreement with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).
The agreement covers the full output of RECs from the 126 MW Heritage Wind project. The project is located in Orleans County, New York, USA, and is expected to begin commercial operations in 2026.
