SSE Renewables has awarded Bazefield a SCADA contract for their 4.7GW wind power portfolio sites. The contract includes a control room solution for their current 57 on- and offshore wind farms with a capacity of 4670MW.
Bazefield will provide a control-ready SCADA platform which will have the capacity and functionality to fit both current fleet and expected future expansion to 2030. The solution will provide monitoring and control functions for all assets, in addition to fleet-wide visualisation and operational reporting.
