The consortium Ventus Zeewolde, consisting of the companies CG Holdings Belgium N.V., SPIE Nederland B.V. and construction company Dura Vermeer B.V. won the contract for the the Zuidlob wind farm.
The project is located in Zeewolde in the south of Flevoland and will contain 36 wind turbines, the electrical wind farm infrastructure, access roads, crane foundations and a 150 kV substation. Export cables from the substation will connect the wind farm to the 150 kV TenneT grid. The total capacity of the wind farm will be 122MW. CG will design, engineer, deliver and integrate all critical high voltage equipment, including power transformers, high voltage and medium voltage switchgear as well as the protection and automation equipment to connect the 33 kV and 150 kV networks.
