Gamesa has signed and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract to supply wind turbines for a wind farm from SJVN Limited located in District Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, India.
SJVN is a Mini Ratna CPSU (Central Public Sector Undertaking) and a joint venture with Government of India and Government of Himachal Pradesh. The contract includes the installation of 56 Gamesa 850 kW turbines and a ten-year operation and maintenance (O&M) services contract. The company is fully committed to commission the project on or before the schedule period of 8 months.
