Ferrostaal Industrial Projects GmbH, Essen, has entered the tendering process for wind permits in Turkey. Ferrostaal is bidding for the grid connection for more than 500 MW of wind power.
As part of the bidding ten potential wind farm projects in Turkey were already pre-developed including certified wind measurements. The project development works will be done in joint partnership between Relight Capital and Ferrostaal Industrial Projects. Ferrostaal Capital GmbH will structure the full financing of the projects, including debt and equity at the financial close of each project. Ferrostaal Capital is a Joint Venture of Ferrostaal GmbH and Hamburg-based Asset and Investment Manager MPC Capital AG.
