Goldwind Science & Technology has signed a deal to deliver and install 25% of the wind turbines needed for a wind farm that Union Eolica Panamena is proposing to develop in Panama's Cocle province.
The contract is the fourth in the region for Goldwind, which has provided more than 300MW of turbines for projects outside China. The Penonome wind farm is expected to enter service in 2013.
