Korea Southern Power (KOSPO) and Equinor have entered into a memorandum of understanding to investigate potential collaboration on offshore wind projects near Chuja Island in South Korea.
The aim of this agreement is to support Korea's objective of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 by expanding sustainable future energy generation. Korea Southern Power (KOSPO) anticipates that partnering with Equinor will enhance its capabilities in large-scale renewable energy projects. This encompasses the exchange of knowledge and expertise in the construction and operational management of offshore wind power.
