Macro Offshore has been awarded a contract by Siemens Energy to provide accommodation services for offshore wind projects in the North Sea. The agreement will begin in June 2027 and includes a firm six-year period, with Siemens Energy holding options to extend the contract by up to four additional years.
Macro Offshore will deploy the accommodation jack-up Crossway Eagle for the work. The Crossway Eagle has a 200-ton crane mounted on a cantilever, enabling it to support lighter construction activities. It is currently being prepared for mobilisation to Equinor’s Empire Wind project off New York, USA. Macro Offshore is headquartered in Sandnes, Norway.
