Mainstream Renewable Power has announced its Board level membership of the US Offshore Wind Development Coalition.
The Offshore Wind Development Coalition (or OffshoreWindDC) is a group of businesses advocating federal policy initiatives that promote the development of offshore wind farms. The company recently expressed an interest in developing a major wind farm as part of New Jersey’s offshore wind program. The Board membership, which is the company’s first significant step into the U.S. offshore sector, comes ahead of the US Government’s imminent plans to launch an offshore wind industry.
