MCS orders additional SWATH crew transfer vessel from TyöveneUudenkaupungin Työvene has been awarded a contract by Maritime Craft Services (MCS) to build an additional SWATH (Small Waterplane Area Twin Hull) crew transfer vessel (CTV) for offshore wind operations.

The vessel is designed to support technician transfers, maintenance campaigns, inspection activities and the transport of equipment and spare parts to offshore wind farms. Construction will take place at Työvene's shipyard in Finland. The agreement also includes an option for a sister vessel. If exercised, it would represent the fifth SWATH vessel delivered by Työvene to MCS.
