Ming Yang Do Brasil and Blue Aspirations Brasil have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly explore offshore wind opportunities across Brazil. The partnership will combine Ming Yang’s experience in offshore and floating wind technologies with Blue Aspirations’ Floating LiDAR expertise and local project development knowledge.
At the same time, Ming Yang signed a Letter of Intent with SENAI-RN for the Areia Branca Offshore Wind Pilot Project, currently the only offshore wind project in Brazil to receive a preliminary environmental licence. The LOI follows the Technical Cooperation Agreement signed in 2024, reflecting the continued collaboration between the parties to advance offshore wind in the country.
