In October 2018, Ikea Finland signed an agreement with OX2 to build the four wind farms in Kurikka, South Ostrobothnia, S:t Mårtens Southwest Finland, and Malax in Ostrobothnia with a total of 25 wind turbines.
All wind farms have now been commissioned and delivered to owner Ikea Finland by OX2. In all, the project comprises four wind farms and will generate a total of 107.4 MW.OX2 will continue to be responsible for the technical and commercial management of the farms. The total production is estimated to be approximately 380 TWh per year.
