RWE has signed an agreement with PGE for the sale of the Baltic II offshore wind development project in the Polish Baltic Sea. The project has a planned capacity of 350 MW and is located around 50 kilometres north of the coastal town of Ustka.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. As part of the process, the parties have already finalised the transfer of the environmental decision and related documentation for the adjacent offshore wind development site 44.E.1. to PGE. This step supports the continued development of the wider offshore wind area.
