Suzlon has announced it has received an order of 1,166 MW from NTPC Green Energy Limited, the renewables arm of NTPC, for three wind farms in India.
Suzlon will install a total of 370 S144 wind turbines on a hybrid lattice tubular (HLT) tower with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW each at two projects of NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy Limited) and one project of IndianOil NTPC Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. (a group company of NTPC Green Energy Limited) in the state of Gujarat, India.
