Vestas has received a firm and unconditional order for 150 MW in the USA. At the customer’s request, details concerning the customer, project and the number of turbines and turbine types are undisclosed.
Vestas will supply and commissioning the wind turbines, supply a VestasOnline Business SCADA system as well as a five-year service and maintenance agreement. The turbines will be delivered in the second half of 2012.
