EDF Energies Nouvelles has announced the acquisition of Séchilienne Sidec’s wind energy business in France, which has 56.5MW of installed capacity.
Séchilienne Sidec’s wind energy portfolio comprises six wind farms with installed capacity totalling 56.5MW and five projects under development (60MW in total capacity). EDF EN Services, a subsidiary of EDF Energies Nouvelles, will gradually take over the operation and maintenance of these facilities.
