Vestas has received a firm and unconditional order for 56 units of the V90-3.0MW wind turbine for Australia from Hydro Tasmania for the Musselroe Wind Farm.
The contract comprises supply, installation and commissioning of the turbines, including a VestasOnline Business SCADA solution and a ten-year service agreement. Delivery of the wind turbines will begin during the fourth quarter of 2012 and the project is expected completed by June 2013.
