Vos Prodect has been awarded by JDR Cable Systems to supply the cable hang-off systems for the offshore wind farm Arcadis Ost 1.
The 257MW offshore wind farm, which is developed by Parkwind Ost, will be located 19 km off the German island Rügen in the Baltic Sea. By the end of Q2 2022, Vos Prodect will deliver sealed cable hang-off systems, securing the submarine power cables to the top of the monopile and offshore substation. The inter-array cables for Arcadis Ost 1 will be supplied by JDR and will be installed by Global Offshore. By late 2023, the offshore wind park is scheduled to be operational.
