Winwind Power Energy Ltd has entered into an MoU with Suryachakra Green Power Pvt. Ltd to develop a 250MW wind park in Dharapuram located near Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu.
Estimated to cost US$ 350 million, the project will be developed in three phases and is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2013. Winwind will supply, commission and operate 1MW wind turbines besides providing operational and maintenance (O&M) services for ten years from the date of commissioning.
