AREVA Renewables has announced that Jean Huby is appointed Chief Executive Officer of AREVA Wind and Executive Vice President of the Wind business unit within AREVA Renewables, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany.
This appointment is effective May 12, 2011. Jean Huby joined AREVA in September 2008 as Senior Vice President of Strategy and served on the board of Multibrid, now AREVA Wind. He has a proof record of delivering strategic initiatives for the Group and shaping the new platform of the Wind business unit. He was Deputy to the CEO of AREVA Renewables until May 2011.
