Invenergy has announced that Bill Bradley has joined the company as Executive Vice President & General Counsel. In this role, he will lead Invenergy’s legal and compliance department and serve as a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Bill joins Invenergy from GE Energy Financial Services’ global energy investment division in Norwalk, Connecticut, where he served as General Counsel and was part of the senior leadership team. His work in the energy and financial services industry has been principally focused on thermal and renewable power development, finance, M&A, and capital market transactions.
