The loss included charges to impair goodwill and other intangible assets totaling US$ 82.2 million. Excluding the pre-tax impact of these non-cash charges, the net loss totaled US$ 27.9 million or US$ 0.29 per share. This compares with a net loss of US$ 25.3 million, or US$ 0.28 per share in 2008, on revenue of US$ 217.3 million. For the full year, the Company generated Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization and stock-based compensation) of US$ 1.6 million compared to US$ 4.3 million in 2008. Net cash provided by operating activities totaled US$ 2.0 million, compared with net cash used in operating activities of US$ 2.4 million in 2008. The improvement was primarily the result of a decrease in inventory balances and higher collections of accounts receivable.
