Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) has agreed to acquire a 50% stake in OffshoreCrew, a Norwegian company specialising in offshore recruitment and crewing services. Based in Kristiansand, OffshoreCrew provides recruitment, staffing and crew management services to the offshore and maritime sectors, including offshore wind, oil and gas and subsea operations.
The partnership will expand BSM's services for offshore clients, including the provision of individual specialists such as dynamic positioning operators and crane operators, as well as personnel for other specialised offshore roles across different types of offshore units.
