Danotek has named Ramon Guitart Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Guitart will oversee the engineering staff responsible for the development of generators, motors, and power electronics.
He will leverage his global experience to extend Danotek’s reach into wind, electric/hybrid transportation and other renewable energy markets. Mr. Guitart brings with him more than 25 years of experience in areas including engineering leadership, program and new product responsibility, high-level customer interface, and strategic and technical positioning in a wide range of markets including renewables, oil & gas, marine, power generation, electric transportation, industrial and aerospace. Guitart joins Danotek from Converteam where he was Director of Engineering - North America Rotating Machines.
