Further, the court in Utrecht on 12 June 2009 pronounced the bankruptcy of Ecofys International B.V., Evelop Projects B.V. and Ecostream Netherlands B.V.? Immediately after their appointment, administrators Louis Deterink and Willem Jan van Andel organized a ‘controlled auction’ with the assistance of ING Corporate Finance. On June 15, agreement was reached with Eneco to take over parts of Ecofys and Evelop, and parts of activities in biomass.
