Gurit has announced that Dr Javier Perez-Freije, Chief Financial Officer and currently acting Chief Executive Officer, will leave the company at the end of November 2025.
Dr Perez-Freije joined Gurit in May 2024 as CFO and took on the additional role of acting CEO in October 2024. As previously communicated on 1 April 2025, Dr Tobias Lührig has been appointed as permanent CEO and will assume the role on 1 July 2025. Gurit will now begin the search for a new CFO. The appointment will be announced in due course.
