Global Maritime has announced its new management structure. The company is now looking to have an increased focus on their four business streams – Marine Warranty, Marine Services, Engineering and Software, and Marine Operations.
The already existing management team will be further extended by the creation of dedicated Chief Operating Officer’s for the Marine and Engineering & Execution business units. Ekkehard Stade will lead the the Marine and Engineering business unit and Mats Olsvik the Execution business unit. Already part of the Global Maritime team, Ekkehard and Mats will assume responsibility for the business streams that feed into their units. Senior management will stay the same with Jonny Logan as Chief Executive Officer and Livar Melhus as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Scott Cruttenden becomes the Business Development Director, responsible for the company’s global business development, tendering, and marketing & communications and retains his role as Head of Renewables.
