John Deere Wind Energy recently announced it is expanding its business to include Canada. John Deere Wind Energy will focus on enabling its Canadian customers and their communities the opportunity to participate in renewable energy development.
It will offer specialized expertise in project finance, construction project management, wind turbine procurement, and wind energy technology and operations. To assist with this new business, John Deere Wind Energy has hired J. Douglas Duimering as Manager of Business Development for Canada. Duimering was recently Director of Sales for Vestas Canada where he supported wind developers on projects throughout Canada.
