OX2 has named Paolo Romanacci as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective 19 May. Romanacci brings over 25 years of international experience in the energy sector, with a background spanning North America, Africa, Asia and Australia.
He was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Enel North America, and prior to that led Enel Green Power North America. Over the course of his career, he has overseen the development and construction of more than 2 GW of renewable energy projects across multiple regions. In his new role at OX2, Romanacci will be responsible for the company’s Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Technical Commercial Management activities.
