Harald Wilbert assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PNE AG, succeeding Jörg Klowat, effective from 1 April 2024.Wilbert has been a member of the Board of Management at PNE AG since October 2023, albeit without specific responsibilities. Over recent months, he has familiarised himself with the PNE Group and facilitated the transition process. In addition to finance, Wilbert's portfolio encompasses Legal & Compliance, Investor Relations & ESG, Human Resources, IT, and Facility Management. Last August, Jörg Klowat announced his intention to depart from PNE AG at his own request, following the conclusion of his service contract with the Board of Management on 31 March 2024, in order to pursue a new career path. During the forthcoming months, he will provide ongoing advice to PNE on project finalisation.
