SeaRenergy has acquired all shares in hemmerschütz Solutions, with the transaction effective from 28 November 2025. The acquisition adds inhouse capabilities in offshore maintenance and repair to SeaRenergy’s existing service portfolio.
The integration of hemmerschütz Solutions brings practical expertise in areas such as corrosion protection, welding and concrete repairs, as well as work on rotor blades, towers and foundations. These activities complement SeaRenergy’s established services in engineering, marine operations, quality, health, safety and environment, and offshore personnel.
The integration of hemmerschütz Solutions into SeaRenergy is expected to take place over the coming weeks.
