Vestas has announced that Anne Pearce will become its new Executive Vice President of People & Culture and join Vestas’ Executive Management Team.
Anne Pearce will join Vestas as Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) on 2 January 2024 and comes from a position as Vice President of Human Resources at Shell. Anne Pearce was born in New Zealand before moving to Australia and currently lives in the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Vestas, Anne Pearce had leadership positions in AXA, Bluescope Steel, ArcelorMittal and Shell. As part of joining Vestas, Anne Pearce will relocate to Denmark.
